I love art, especially when it can teach us something. I also love food. Due to some recent complications and also in an effort to try to be healthier, I’ve had to be much more conscious about what and how I eat. For all these reasons, I love this series that I stumbled on which shows portraits of what 200 calories looks like for various types of foods – some may surprise you!
